This issue not a problem with Quadratec alone. With the current covid issues a lot of mail order company's are having problems. I have ordered two orders from Quadratec with out problems except for a part backorded from Mopar that they had on idea when it would be in stock. I ordered from a different site who shipped the next day but UPS has a new system where they transfer some small packages to UPS and it fell in a black hole for a week. UPS tracking ended at the transfer and showed a projected delivery date the day after the transfer. Took a week to travel 120 miles.

Never had an issue with Quadratec. They always ship fast and always available.

I ordered clear side markers and steering stabilizer from them and got everything on time in July.

With few exceptions, do not order MOPAR parts through Quadratec. Just adds a extra layer of BS.

Their CS reps might still be working remotely ... IMO COVID can't be used as an excuse for poor communication. Either it's in stock and will ship, it's a drop ship, or it's back ordered. Leaving a customer in limbo once we've hit the pay now button isn't good practice in my book. By this point they should have their processes figured out. I don't except this as the "new norm"

My last order with QT was the Bedrug for JT however it was going to be shipped from the manufacturer.
I checked their website daily (qt) and they’ve been pushing back on the preorders so I cancelled... not QT’s fault.

lately, I’ve been finding out that Morris4x4 has the cheapest price for all the items I inquired. I use other companies to price match...Northridge and KrawlOffroad.

I think it's funny how on quadratec it says my bumper was 70% off for $405 but then yesterday I saw it on two other websites for a normal price of $405.

Couple items I ordered they let me know it was out of stock. Some I gave up on after being out of stock for 3 months. I got a bumper from them for my Wrangler - one of theirs, had some damage from shipping, reported with pictures and no response. Even writing up a review in the Wrangler forums did no good - no response. Like the bumper but it has some quality issues.

Anyone order from this site? I ordered a bumper over a week ago and it's not moving at all. They never responded to my email. I've ordered from just for jeeps, 4wd parts etc and always ships within 2 days max.

A lot of suppliers are behind due to the shut down. I've beennwaiting for my doors of mirrors, and the projected shipping date keeps bumping. I did receive one piece of my order though.

Come on, in this day and age of computer managed inventories, they should let you know at the time of order if an item is in stock or not. It seems I have to wait for a slow boat from China to arrive. All three items I ordered were not in stock. You can't blame everything on the covid virus.

Anyone order from this site? I ordered a bumper over a week ago and it's not moving at all. They never responded to my email. I've ordered from just for jeeps, 4wd parts etc and always ships within 2 days max.

Not real impressed with the customer service or quality control from my one order. Purchased wheels and tires with mounting and balancing and were in stock when I clicked buy. 2 days later the tires were out of stock and they sent me message for it. Good so far. I found the same metric size tire in stock and messaged CS to modify the order so they could take the order off their backlog and I get my tires sooner. No reply until today. I received my order over two weeks ago, the email today was to let me know the order shipped. If the freight company did not let me know the order was coming I would have had no idea. To top things off, the tires were way out of balance. The best one was 9oz out of balance and the worst was 13oz out. All 4 were out of balance. Based off the "speedy" response from my first inquiry, I am just going to cut my losses and probably not make any more purchases. There are plenty of other companies to order from with great CS. Northridge 4x4 for example is still very responsive and helpful.

BTW, the picture is the weight installed when I received them and was still out of balance 9-13oz.

Wow, that really sucks. Yeah, I don't think I will order from them again either. They still never responded to any of my emails and was never given a tracking number. If the box shows up in good shape and the bumper is mint I might consider giving them another chance but that's highly doubtful they way I've been getting damaged stuff lately.

Chances are that your bumper is a drop ship from the manufacturer. My Go Rhino steps that I ordered from Northridge were shipped from the manufacturer. I was given a date of like the 17th at first. I was hoping to have them installed by the 10th so I sent an email to CS and received a response from Eric Johnson the same day. They talked to Go Rhino and best ship date they could get was the 10th. I received them on the 7th so it worked out. But the big take away was a same day response and at least an attempt to ship early, which happened. Good customer service is possible with covid and those will be the companies that survive this.
