Seeing a few issues and changing your website and user manuals seems slightly drastic. Validating the concerns and comparing to the percentage sold is a more reasonable approach and may not have warranted a change. Even more so if it was a slight change by another manufacture that may just be batch related…Thanks I think I’ll just go a different route altogether since I’m going to have to push these out.
Word of advise… If you guys have known about a clearance issue with new RCV axles for a while now, you should really take down that note on your site, “Grease zerks are accessible with axle shafts installed even w / larger RCV shafts” kind of a crappy way to find out there are clearance issues after the fact.
Not saying it’s not a totally shit deal for you having to do quadruple work for some damn ball joints. And who knows maybe this topic is enough to change that.
