Add me to the list. Just found mine leaking also. 5/19 build and probably has been leaking the whole time and I did not notice to look until I seen this thread.

Between the steering gear wander and now this, getting a little old to have to keep running around getting things fixed that should have never been an issue to begin with.

Waiting for my 21 JT to arrive....ordered on 12/23, and I think it was built on 2/4......I hope they have found the root cause of this (bad batch of parts, procedure that needs to be adjusted on the assembly line, etc.) I tend to believe this is affecting far more JTs than people think as we continue to hear about more people that had the leak but did not even know it until they saw this thread and went to look.

I agree. This water leak should have a TSB. It is affecting many owners. I commented about this earlier. Other car brands have TSBs for water leaks. I am not sure why FCA, or whatever the new name is, does not consider this matter as TSB material.

Have anyone here had any kind of intervention by the jeep cares team that resulted in an expedite service or any other positive intervention? Or is just private messaging waste of time?

I believe I have seen several threads on various items where it seemed like jeepcares was able to get things flowing...especially if it was a dealership perhaps being a bit difficult and/or suggesting that a TSB did not apply or something liek that. I took it as a potential "check and balance" system for working with problematic dealers that were trying to get out of fixing things and/or in the case of where a delaership may be low voulme and not familiar with the most recent TSBs and such.

I had the same issue with the back leaking on my 2020 Gladiator Sport S. Took it to the dealership and they replaced the back glass as they contract it out to a glass company. New glass installed and still leaks. I do not have any faith in my local dealership when it comes to repairs as I have several issues with my Gladiator and they cant seem to be good enough to fix the problems. So until I find a dealership that knows how to actually work on a Jeep correctly I will just deal with it!!

I think diverting the updated windows at the factory to new builds is the reason for the delays, same as the steering gear.

In a way, I'd like to believe this. But regardless, it doesn't address the ongoing issues of damaging the top to install whatever window . . .

Yeh, that’s true.
I was only addressing the issue of product delay as per the post.

I was told the other day that a huge batch became available enough to fill all the back orders and then some. Mines suppose to be in Thursday

For now, I'm keeping mine covered on rainy/snowy days, hoping to hear something positive on a solution. Which stinks. Not happy with what I'm seeing thus far, which has been one of the following. Very few of the first: (might make a good ongoing poll actually)

-new window. now dry, looks brand new
-new window. looks good, still leaks
-new window. now dry, but top damaged
-new window. still leaks, top damaged
-new top. but the old top had sound insulation, and Jeep has no ready answer for the customer
