All of the various size RSI load bars will work with the Gladiator caps. The longer bars (ie those for the F150) will overhang the cap more whereby possibly interfering with the gullwing side openings. But they will fit.

As for the other RSI accessories such as the kitchen, bins and tool drawers, these have been in incredibly high demand and almost zero supply thus far. We expect some of these items to be available starting this summer to fulfill those that pre-ordered and hopefully some extras to fill new orders in late summer or fall timeframe.

Like almost everything automotive related right now, demand is far surpassing supply.

Waiting for my Evo Sport and RSI load bars to arrive. Excited about the additional functionality this will offer me. Question for those that installed the load bars: any issue with garage Door clearance with load bars installed? Assuming most of us have a standard height garage door. Seems it will be close! Thanks!

Does anyone know what the dynamic load rating is for Evo Adventure cap?
Specifically I'd like to mount an oversized spare tire to the interior side of the roof of the cap, kind of like what Road Armor is doing for their Treck bed rack. I'm pretty sure something would need to fabricated but before even starting to think about that too much I wanted to load what the dynamic load was.

The table (and carrier assembly) they sell that mounts to the inside of the roof weighs about forty pounds. The SmartCap is rated for around 330 pounds dynamic load and around 670 pounds static (it's posted somewhere in one of the RSI threads). I attached the RSI roof rack (also about forty pounds) to my cap and then used a strap attached to the rack to lift it onto the back of the truck.

One slight correction, all of our EVO caps are load-rated at 770lb static/330lb dynamic.

Yesterdays project:

I installed a Harken lift and it worked better than I had hoped, lifted the cap with some steel eyebolts and the included t-slot nuts. Setting the cap down with one person was super easy.

I still need to shim the rear up some, the gasket on the rear is still dragging too much. Looking around I think I'll just cut up some old HD moto tubes and see if those shim it enough. No issues at all with packaging/assembly, it went together as well as could be expected and I'm really happy with the results!

I lost about 1/2" with the new static load:

Hey Guys...thought I'd share a some RSI Photos with OVS Awning, RTT and link to a short walk around vid of my EvoC with load bars, OVS 270 awning and a new TuffStuff Alpha II clamshell Roof top tent installed. I had to slightly off center the load bars to driver side and offset RTT slightly to passenger side so that there was sufficient clearance for the RTT clamshell to open without hitting the awning in closed position. When the awning is open, there is not clearance issues with gull wing doors of Cap. The mounting clamps shipped with the Alpha II do not fit the RSI load bars, so I fabbed my own out of aluminum bars from home depot.

Thanks...the EvoC model comes in white by default which is a just a great match for jeep white.

@RSI North America Inc @OffroadAlliance.com is there any update for those with bins on order? I was told 10-21 days about 50 days ago. My interior bed build is on hold until this bin arrives.

Appreciate any guidance here. Great to see cap inventory is catching up; but haven’t seen much on the bins.
