So I loaded my 2008 king quad in the bed of my gladiator. First of all I have a Roll n lock bed cover and it takes up sooooo much room towards the front. So I may sell the bed cover. Anyways, that’s not what this is about. But what I was more concerned with was my truck sagged so bad.
Any suggestions on a saggy booty on the gladiator? It’s a stock sport s.

The bulk of the weigh from that quad sits behind the axle line. The uneven load distribution will contribute to the sag. The load capacity is about ~1700 lbs and this will include gear and passengers. What's the quad ~700lbs?

Seems to me load distribution would be the biggest contributor. Do you notice its riding on the bump stops?

#1 mod addition is Air Lift 1000 air bags. 1000 lbs in the back and stay level.
#2 mod addition that compliments #1 is to upgrade the bump stops to Sumo bump stops and;
#3 addition, Falcon 3.3 adjustable shocks set to #3 position and you’ll ride like a king with all 3.

Hit the Gym , try weighted walking lunges and Dead lifts. That will help the booty .
Now as to the springs . Get a set of Air lift airbags. Easy to install and would help that pretty quick like 👍

Gladiators came with a lot of different spring rates. Yours likely has some of the lower capacity springs. The easiest solution would be air bags. The other solution would be heavier duty springs from another gladiator or aftermarket. I’m honestly really impressed with how well mine handles heavy bed loads and towing. And I do a lot of it.

I'd be just as worried about overloading the tailgate, as it looks like both rear wheels are fully on the tailgate from your picture. What's the max load on the tailgate when fully folded down? Most of the specs I've seen are for the tailgate in the mid position, at like 300#.
