I have a 2021 JTR the only warranty issue I’ve had so far is the right U-Joint Bearing fell out. This is not a common issue but they have a 1/2 clip that hold the bearing in place & can detach. They had to replace the Axel shaft on that side. Also if you lift the truck with an aftermarket lift you may have to replace the rear springs & bump stops over to a Ram 1500 3” Spring & an 1800lb rated bump stop if you intend to put on a cap or a Roof top tent. The lift springs will sag and eventually bottom out, blow out your shocks & cause a cascading host of problems. I’m having this done on mine since it was sagging already about an inch after a lift that was done a few months ago & I added an RSI Smart-cap. This will bring it back to the stock rated weight capacity. That being said I still love this truck but if you do mods expect a few issues.
