If you want it, get it. It's been unavailable for over a year. I bought the wiring one a couple of months ago as it is usually available, finally got the service one. I have a '21. People waiting for 21 -23 might be waiting forever as I doubt they will come out. They want everything to be subscription based now. A 2020 is "close enough" for most things. Be aware of any changes and get that info seperate.

I pulled the trigger last night. It did not give me the indication that it was not available like it did a few weeks ago. Order in progress is what I see on my account.

Yeah that was my point....get it now as it might go away again.

That's weird, since Edge is now Chromium based.

When I did IT for dealerships it was maddening.
GM, Honda, and Chrysler wanted everyone to use outdated IE and java.
More up to date entities like Dealer Track and CRM platforms refused to support IE and told everyone to use Chrome.
Finally, just a few years ago, Honda flipped and went to Chrome, but GM was SLOW to make the changes.

Two day shipping from the day they ship it! Mine is still being processed from last night. I got the wiring manual too. I had down loaded the JL version from the Wrangler site but it was too cumbersome to navigate since the pages do not link to each other. I sure hope this usb version works better.

I've been using Alldata for over 13 years for service manuals. They only have the 2020 Gladiator now and waiting for the 21to come out.

I finally got home from work at a decent time, so i plugged this thing up. Goes into USB w the contacts facing up. Its locked on 2020 for the year. It let me pick diesel, but then nothing in the menu. So picked "all engines" and the 3.6 comes up. Looked at a few things, tried front axle, shows all the service info. Heres a shot of torque values. Then picked some engine stuff and its ypur basic service manual. Im trying to upload pics

i cant get all the pics to load. there is no diesel section at all. only the gas engine, then all the other parts
