Friend and I will be making a trip down to Ursa Minor in Portland in the next 2-3 months for his Ursa Minor J30 Install [LINK]. I was thinking it would be nice to visit some 4x4 dealers / showrooms on our way down to get a glimpse of some of the gear if some of the shops have stuff on display.

Question is does anyone from the Vancouver BC ---> Portland Area have any suggestions for shops to visit or check out that have good gear on display.

Downtown Portland has a nice selection of tents on display.

hit up Northridge 4x4 in Silverdale. Maybe a couple hours of detour tops.
I’ll have to check them out too, not too far from me.

Mule would seem to be the obvious one for you and your buddy. Lots of overloading stuff there and they do some impressive pickup conversions (Gladiators, Taco's etc..). Its probably 20 minutes "out of your way" ...

Northridge is a great shop but their showroom isn't very big compared to all the stuff they do carry online. They do, however, always have a half dozen builds going on and the staff's selection of Jeeps is pretty great too. Not sure its worth the trip just to see the big Hellcat create :) It's definitely a "couple hours out of your way" unless you skip the Seattle area entirely and take the ferry from Edmonds to Kingston and then stop in Silverdale on the way south to Tacoma.
