Have you tried having SiriusXM perform a reset? I had a similar issue on my ‘16 F150 and after contacting them they sent a reset signal to my head unit that fixed it.
Yes you can resend the signal to your unit online and did nothing also did a reset on the radio and still sucks.

My only issue with Sirius on my JT is the favorite song/artist auto tune works about half the time. Alerts me a song/favorite is playing then say nothing is playing

You can go online to Sirius and perform the reset signal yourself!

Same issues here. Sirius XM was fine in my other vehicles but constantly cuts out in my Gladiator. I only listen to it because it's free for now. Spotify Premium works just fine and will be the replacement when my Sirius XM trial is over. There are some good stations on Sirius though. I'll definitely miss a few of those.

Mine does the exact same thing, everything else works fine.

Did this fix the fact that it was too quiet or the issue with the spotty reception?

(re)tired...!
Two suggestions...

(1) move to where trees won't be a problem...
(2) take your roof off so your Sirius antenna has a clear and unobstructed view.

I have several other "suggestions" that would be even less helpful if you're interested!

The only thing more worse that spotty reception is when Sirius has your phone number. They have called me every day for the past 4 weeks asking to renew. It pisses me off that they use local phone numbers too.

I ready to pull my hair out !! I have a 2021 Jeep gladiator and the SiriusXM reception really sucks. I’ve had satellite radio since 2003 in many cars and trucks but the reception in my Gladiator is the worst. Even if I’m driving on a road with trees on both side not hanging over the center of the road the SiriusXM cuts out. I have 2 friends one with a 2020 Jeep Wrangler and hers cuts out too and another friend with a 2019 Jeep Wrangler and his sucks too. I believe it’s definitely the placement of antenna on top of the sound or roll bar. Satellite antenna’s should definitely be on the outside of the vehicle. I understand why Jeep installs the antenna in this location so you can remove the tops but there has to be a better placement Jeep can come up with. I read about that someone used an aftermarket SiriusXM antenna but then the back up camera didn’t work. Anybody move there SiriusXM antenna to another location with any success? Please share your thoughts. Thanks.
I put a roof rack on my 2020 JT and the XM is gone. I definitely need a relocate.

Do you have a headliner? If so, is it a HotHeads with sound assassin strips? Did you follow their instructions to not place the sound assassin strips on the inner roof panels near the xm antenna? Just curious.

The only time I've had a problem is when I'm in a canyon or shelf road and mountains are blocking me to the southeast

And I have a basic bi**h bullet antenna

HH owner here, the one SA strip that would affect the antenna is shorter than the other SA strips by design. I have not had any issues.

It's been roughly 1.5 yrs since I installed HH so maybe they changed their instructions.
