Obscured lights are an issue no matter the cause, mud, snow, ice etc but there are two
'solutions' that I can think of off hand. The first is to drive defensively and that can mean
leaving enough space between you and the vehicle in front, that way you avoid flying debris,
and second just carry a spray bottle with a little water, that's all it takes to wash off the
lights until you can clean the entire vehicle. That's my thought anyhow. As for law enforcement,
well they have good and bad days too, maybe his wife or kids just ... and he needed to vent,
you were in the wrong place at the wrong time.
