They dont need to sell more, they need to go back and fix the issues they are plagued with right now. You take care of your current clients, sales will increase. Ignoring the issues out there now and just selling more vehicles does nobody any good at all...

Weird they are in a different Wagoneer Category... things that make you go huh...

The Wagoneers are an extremely puzzling product niche and value proposition... I honestly would love to know why someone would chose one of these over a Yukon or Escalade. They get expensive really quick and offer less content than even a similarly spec'd Tahoe for the money.

Also, why do they not have a Trailhawk Version that offers some kit on par with a z71 or At4?

Correct. If you go an configure a Porsche or Mercedes online, there’s typically an option box you can check for European delivery. Which would be pretty awesome.

Just like with the other vehicles that offer the vacation or adventure... probably 5% even consider the option, and maybe 1/4 of those even opt for it?

Jeep needs to make a work truck version of the gladiator and hit the fleet sales. Make it an regular cab long bed and offer the 2.0T motor. Make 2wd and 4wd.

Leave it with the 5" display, and roll up windows.

It'd be easiest to have a singular place, at the Toledo plant or anywhere else, where you could do an "Off-Road Experience" delivery on a pre-made course that won't get unexperienced drivers into too much trouble.

This sounds like a great idea. It is on par with what Corvette does. I would consider it if they offered it.
