Mine doesn't have them either. At first I wanted them, but then I found the VOSwitch 6 button panel thats easier to install and isn't dependent on aux battery status, so thats the route I'll end up going soon.I did not get the survey.
My '22 Rubicon does not have the aux switches.
If given the option, I would want get them.
My dad on the other hand has a JT and a JL, both with aux switches.
He will never hook anything up to them or even care if they were not included.
It was sent via email. This is my fourth survey from them and some of the surveys have been discussed here.. Kinda surprised no one else recieved itHow did you receive this survey? Are you sure its not scammy??
I hate it …. There’s so much scammy shit going around that anything that’s actually REAL…..you’re afraid to click on it.
I got it too. Third or fourth one this year..It was sent via email. This is my fourth survey from them and some of the surveys have been discussed here.. Kinda surprised no one else recieved it

What does it say or ask? I wonder if they are re-evaluating if the switches are worth the production cost, or looking at a redesign.I got it too. Third or fourth one this year..
They asked what was hooked up to them. How many you were using. If we needed more or less and if the location was good. What does it say or ask? I wonder if they are re-evaluating if the switches are worth the production cost, or looking at a redesign.
Yep. I mentioned they were in a bad spot too. Dash top, A pillar or over head are way easier to use.I like the functionality of them and being able to change how they work via the screen.
But the location SUCKS. Way down low behind the shifter. Other OEMs have them in the center overhead or up higher just below the screen. I get the real estate is limited in the small interior of a Gladiator, but still![]()
It doesn't ask for any person info. Only about AUX switches. The email is from "name.name"@stellantis.com (I didn't add the actual name BTW for his privacy)I would have originally thought it was a scam but it appears others have received it also. I would still check to see who actually the email if from, not just the information in the header.
But I would just answer the survey question and nothing else (no mother's maiden name, first pet's name, etc. lol). As soon as it would deviate into something else, it would be in my delete folder.
If it is directly from Stellantis then it certainly sounds legit. However, I really don't see an issue with his/her privacy when sending out an unsolicited email to a customer they can easily see does not even have that part on the original vehicle (unless it was an aftermarket purchase) In my mind, sort of like sending out a survey on a manual transmission when you have an automatic. It just flew some flags up in my mind but that's just me. But I understand where you are coming from.It doesn't ask for any person info. Onky about AUX switches.
