Don't know if anyone else has had this issue?
On Mopar.com website garage page, there is a column for My JEEP drivels Mastercard, and below this it says I have reward points and dealer dollars. The problem is I don't own nor ever applied for a Jeep Mastercard.
Now for the insane infinity loop, calling the customer care number on the website, you get a frontline employee who has no idea about this issue, has no manager to escalate issue to (must be nice not to have a boss)and will only forward you to departments who have no idea what you are talking about, forward you to extensions that are dead zones (although they will eventually give you a satisfaction survey before they hang up)and you have to call back to listen to the automated menu over and over again, or in the case of one guy just stop talking to you and ignore you even though you can hear other voices in the background. One solution they have is to forward you to their MasterCard number which has the only menu option of providing your credit card number before you can go any farther (I don't have a credit card, so...). Been forwarded to Stellantis, who sends you back to jeep customer service, called dealer they only have this same number for me to call, also forwarded to extended warranty billing, some random mopar department, and a few other numbers.
I just want confirmation no one has opened a credit card in my name or has stolen my identity.
There is only basically the customer service number department at Jeep I have been told and they have no ability to escalate an issue to anyone above them. No one seems to be in charge of Mopar.com or checking if you have a Mastercard.
@JeepCares
This possibly the worst and/or tragically funny corporate answer to an issue I think I have ever experienced.
