Here we got with this these nonsense/garbage auto replies... How about you follow up and look into it without being asked. I still haven't heard from anyone since I posted the above post. Beyond pitiful.

THIS.
The freaking audacity of Jeep and their canned messages to do damage control. What about doing what’s right for your customers?
PS, I owned my Gladiator for roughly 2 months and its been in the shop for the misfire issue for over 50 days....

I’m at day 20 at the dealership service station. They’re saying that they had an ah-ha moment , and noticed that the hydraulic tappets aren’t getting consistent oil pressure. They’re ordering parts for a top end rebuild. We’ll see. I’m still not loving the situation. Correction, I’m livid. I have owned the vehicle 34 days, and had it in my possession 14. This shouldn’t be my problem.
Be patient. Mine has been over 50 days and counting... doesnt even have 2K miles

Mine has been at the dealership since June 4th.. I haven't gotten a return phone call back in weeks. And Good ole Kathryn from @JeepCares keeps asking for private messages. Maybe its time for private lawyers and a class action lawsuit since so many Gladiators are having the same problem and FCA/Jeep is doing nothing about it.

Maybe they just need some media attention.

Why do you still have it? It seems like you’d be better served requesting a new one at this point, no?

Here is my experience with "Jeep Cares".Actually it was "Mopar Cares" on a different forum involving a Durango R/T I had at the time. They were useless and never replied. How I got my issue fixed? I contacted a reporter at a local TV station who did consumer reporting on automotive issues. He didn't put my issue on air, but did use his contacts within FCA. I got my Durango fixed plus FCA paid one month of my payments.

Well, Finally got mine back from Dealer. Dropped there on June 29, it took until August 5. Have to say that Gladiator feels completely different, running very smooth and quiet, let's see for how long. Pics of details attached. What the tech did is in Spanish being that I live in Puerto Rico. I will write below in English for your reference. Basically they had to install a second head and valve cylinder because the first one they received was even worse that the on the jeep had installed.

Translation of Tech notes. Hope this helps all of you.

"
1140 a diagnosis of the unit was made, finding the present code P0300 multiple misfire, then a pressure test was performed on the injectors, coil swap and pulse of coils and spark plugs, but continued with misfire. Then a compression test and leak down were performed, proceeding to send via email gas engine diagnostic sheet and vehicle scan report to Jaxiel Rodriguez, who indicated to replace the block cover since the information obtained in the tests carried out under the diagnosis sheet. Replacement of the left block cover, block gasket and timing and intake kit upper and lower, oil change and coolant irrigation with vacuum to the cooling system were carried out. Then the unit was turned on, which took time to turn on and when it turned on it found a strong engine failure. We proceeded quickly to notify a chrysler technician who indicated to proceed to make a diagnosis again, which was obtained in the compression test in cylinder # 2 0 and in # 4 160 # 6 165, then a leak down test was performed, obtaining in cylinder # 2 80% leakage while in cylinder # 4 20% and # 6 20%. Due to what was found, a Chrysler technician was notified again indicating that with the information obtained, the left block cover was replaced again. The left block cover was changed again together with the block joint due to the parameters obtained in the tests carried out. After carrying out the installation, the cooling system was emptied and the coolant irrigated. Then the unit was turned on, which turns on correctly and at the moment operating completely normal but a slight limp is felt in the unit. This is notified to the Chrysler technician indicating to make the available flash related to a misfire present. After carrying out the flash, a road test is carried out, which finds the unit operating correctly. At the time test 1140 start mileage, test 1182 arrival mileage.

All good at the moment."

Providing update on fix. Today I got 1000 miles since I got it back. Have to say that the techs found the issue, it took them 5 weeks but Gladiator is working perfect. I have tried to replicate the CEL and ESS issues since I got it and i'm driving it hard and nothing fails. MPGs are now what I was expecting, 19 MPG.

Seems like actually rebuilding the heads and engine would be better than a new one, if this is truly a hardware issue. I am curious how bad the hardware is or if it is less than ideal hardware that is functional but noisy. When I datalog the engine, the knock sensors do pickup up alot of extraneous noise, especially at high idle and stop start. FCA engineers must know because their is a very quick reset to the misfire counter, my guess this was an effort to fix the problem.

How did you get to the new engine option?

Mine has been in for service 3 times and never fixed. FCA gets one more chance to fix the problem. Waiting for them to call.

if not fixed, I do want a replacement. Does anyone know how that works with a leased vehicle?
