My MOPAR lift kit spring settled 3/4" when I added a steel bumper and winch . I added a 3/4" spacer and it changed the ride. I have a little less compression and exaggerated rebound. I tried it . Without changing the Eibach shocks and replaced the spring only to regain the height and ride ,all was good again . It was only 3/4" but it makes a difference . That is why Jeep uses so many different springs from the factory rather than a much cheaper spacer. Just something to think about if you are in this situation again .

I have a set of Synergy 2 inch springs sitting on my bench just waiting . I got the rears in and they seem to ride better than the Moopar 2 inch lift. The Synergy fronts have a few more wraps on them. Should be a soft ride.

It is. I have the one and a half inch and loaded with people I was hitting the front bump stops on potholes. Looking at either the 2-in, or rock crawler front springs.

If it’s settled it’s not noticeable. The springs are now paired with bilstein 5100’s and everything is nice and firm. Zero feeling of bottoming out on say a speed bump. I’m not sure what plays the role there, the springs or shocks. I’m super happy with the setup.
I have the same exact kit
(Synergy 2” F+R) and the 5100’s sitting in my garage, getting ready to be installed next weekend. (Plus Rockjock rear arms, Clayton front etc) Was concerned about the spring bow you described but I believe rotating it makes sense. Based on the picture of the install (pdf doc on their website) the very end of the coil (flat part) is facing toward the end or rear of the truck.
Honestly, my biggest concern was when I received the REAR springs and the part numbers were identical…… but apparently and, based on the installation doc you can install it either side. (No issues with the fuel tank on one side of the frame? Apparently no issue)
Thanks for sharing btw!

How soft would you guys say your springs are? I have a Mojave and I’m looking to keep the soft ride and have read that synergy springs are very similar to what I currently have. I’m looking at the 3 inch since I have a steel bumper up front and winch probably gana go 2 inch since the rear mabey 3 I don’t mind the rake.

I have a Mojave with a steel bumper and winch up front. I’m running 3” synergy springs, AEV 2” lift and a bunch of Metalcloak parts. The synergy springs replaced my factory springs and AEV spacer. The ride is exactly like a factory Mojave, it’s awesome. I still haven’t swapped out the rear springs yet but eventually will do 2” synergy springs.

This is what I’m trying to do as well, I have the MC arms kit with all adjustable ends. I have freshly rebuilt Mojave shocks on 2 inch extensions and want to ditch the current spacers with true lifted coils at 2 inches. Synergy are supposed to be soft based on all the research I’ve done. I want to retain my Mojave ride as much as possible as possible. I have a front OEM metal bumper as well with the caps off and just waiting for a winch deal to pop up so I’ll probably just go with the 2 inch synergy’s I don’t mind a little rake. In the rear. Thanks for the info.
