Philistines unite!
My son-in-law keeps telling me how I need to lift our Mojave. I don't think so.... The Mojave is perfect for the type of off-roading we do. I have had zero issues with it. The suspension is great, the truck doesn't wander on the highway, gas mileage is acceptable. I read all the time on this forum about how people lift their Gladiators and put on bigger tires - then end up with lousy gas mileage, having steering issues, etc, etc.![]()
But would you rather have it and not need it, or need it and not have it?I agree with this sentiment entirely. People just gotta have the 37's....37's are the shizzle....35's are for chumps and bed-wetting nancyboys. Really? You get one (1) more inch of clearance with 37's over 35's, Mr. Goodwrench.....knock yourself out.
Also, i just don't understand those people that absolutely must regear, just gotta do it....and openly admit they don't go offroad.
$200 for the rubi take offs. Got JKS disconnects. Adding a Terraflex spacer to the front to negate the tiny bit of rubbing I get while flexed. Running a 33 mud tire. I'll take my Philistine comments.

Nice look. No lift? No rubbing?New wheels and tires installed today. Vision Se7en 18x9 with 295/70R18 Falken Wildpeak AT3W. Sidewall says 34x11.50, I measured just shy of 33.5 installed height.
Completely changed the look of my JT.
