Maybe research your website first. I've ordered several sets of tires for multiple types of vehicles. Never had an issue, but I stuck with well-known tire retailers.
Hope you get it worked our and have better luck.
Simple tire is a good online retailer too.

Bright side, full size spare.
What other spare would you want on a Gladiator?

I once had 3 out of 4 rims for my BMW arrive from one truck, and I asked the driver if he forgot one. He said "nope, that's all I have", and I quickly got frustrated and asked "what good are 3 rims". I called the local dispatch and they confirmed it got split up, and again I vented. A couple hours later, another driver showed up with the remaining rim, and he asked if I got the other 3 because he didn't know why he only had 1 of a 4 piece shipment. We had a laugh. That was 10 years ago.

I don't even have that car anymore.
Fast forward tontoday, most online tire sellers(that I know of)send each tire as a seperate shipment with individual tracking numbers. Luckily, out of atleast 4 online tire purchases, I've received everything together and undamaged.

This is why I buy tires from the place that puts them on my wheels.

Some of us run tire beadlocked. Very few tire installers will mount them that way and I wouldn't trust it if they did. OP is installing his tires in this orientation and it makes sense to order them directly,
Discount tire direct and simple tire are companies I have used many times with no problems.

When I contacted my local shop I was quoted something like $600-$800 to install the tires on beadlocks because they charge their hourly rate to do it and at an hour or more per tire.

I placed an order for 4 tires on jeepandtruckparts.com aka HPTAutosport on Thursday, January 9, and my credit card was billed immediately.

Jeepandtruckparts.com is located in North Carolina and advertises that they ship in 1-5 business days.

On Tuesday, January 14, the tires shipped from Dallas, TX using XPO. On Friday, January 17, XPO scheduled the delivery for Monday, January 20. When the XPO driver arrived, he said he had 3 tires for me. He opened his truck, and there was one pallet with 3 tires on it. I immediately checked the JeepandTruckParts.com website, and sure enough, the sure said that all items in the order had shipped.

I called them using the number on the paperwork on the pallet. I got a voicemail saying that they do not accept any phone calls and to send an email. I emailed them and was told they would check with the warehouse. The next email said that they were out of stock and were checking on the lead time for the missing tire. The next email said they could refund my money for the missing tire if I didn't want to wait.

My problem is that they should have told me they only had 3 tires 11 days ago, instead of sending the 3 they had and not trying to find a 4th tire at that time. I emailed and told him I would prefer to just receive a refund for the entire order. I received no reply. What would you do? I called my credit card company and they asked me to wait 24 hours to see if they "make it right" before reversing the charges.

I bought 5 tires off of Ebay. I got 3 different shipments. 1 tire, 3 tires, and 1 tire. The 3 shipments shipped from 3 different places. Maybe your problem is something like that.

I had a hard time finding a tire shop that would install tires I didn't purchase there that didn't charge a fortune.

I wish it was that. They determined that they only sent 3.

Discount tire will. Just use the "swap winter to summer tire" option and they will charge you the cost of Labor and you will get their warranty coverage.

doesn't take a genius to figure out why someone would want 4 matching tires at teh same time. There should have been at least an email and an ETA for the 4th tire.

Can you find the 1 tire locally?

I had a bad experience with Quadratec I think. I ordered a Borla header for my 2.5l Wrangler. Took 3 months to get. When i thought i was charged the day i ordered it they didn't charge me until i signed for teh delivery. What a mess. F'd up my bank account for quite a while. LOL

They lied. The return is on them. They need to refund my money, and I will sit the 3 tires outside on the pallet. They can orchestrate the pickup and return of the tires. I have a 4-day trip to Gatlinburg planned this weekend, and I was hoping to have this all done before the trip. I'm still open to them sending me a 4th tire, but it better happen this week. As in, I better receive it this week.
I understand you shopped on line for tires and waiting for them to arrive is half that battle but I’m not understanding why choose that over going to a tire merchant near you where you’d have balancing done, your concerns looked after, perhaps even a tire replacement if needed or warranty issues cared all while you sit and have a coffee in their waiting room.

If it was cost, he definitely got what he paid for.
