I believe you can in the radio menu settings
From what I see on the Sirius sites it's part of their travel link thing.

I have seen this for a bit. IMHO, I like it. What does it hurt telling me there is probably going to be a lot of rubbernecking ahead. It offers me an alt route that I may discover something cool. Meh, I figure I paid enough for this truck I will take everything they give and still want more.

I actually just got this today. Had never seen it before in 2 years of ownership. There was no tow truck. I didn't even have the NAV system running in the foreground. I was using android auto. It dropped me out of AA and gave me a black screen with the tow truck message

anyone getting a tow truck ahead warning on there radio screen? I hit dismiss but it will come up randomly throughout a drive..

I GET THEM ALL THE TIME When on the the Highway with a Destination put in.........RAM 2500..Its from the navigation system....Still waiting on my GLADIATOR DIESEL......

Waze is more accurate, plus it take up the entire screen instead of a little notification

An ambulance next to me turned on its flashers, two seconds later I had the message pop up about an emergency vehicle approaching.
