Looks like it was fractured a while ago, this photo is 5 years old.

Corrosion induced fatigue for sureThis is a textbook bending fatigue failure. You can clearly see the crack initiation point and the 'beach marks' as the crack propagated over time up until the point of ultimate failure. Neat stuff.

Yep I can see the crack.Doesn’t fit, no abrupt sideways blow. First weekend off road was the worst abuse of front end. Hit a big hole at 25 mph (collapsed drain pipe) knock the front end out of alignment badly. Had it realigned. They did a poor job, put rough country upgrade steering stabilizer. When I noticed extreme tire wear. Took it again for alignment- then got the death wobble. Upgraded steering stabilizer to double fox. Found the bushing of the rough country stabilizer, pulled out. Installed the Double Fox, alls good- no more death wobble. Then slowly backing up pop goes the arm.![]()

No cut, stress fracture. Took place at the apex of the bend in the tube. On a photo that I posted with the rough country stabilizer I think I can see a small crack where the fracture took place.
Definitely not cut. Looking back at the old photos specifically the one I took after installing the rough country stabilizer I think I see a crack.![]()

Still no answer on that.OP you need to clear things up.
As said Mopar doesn't make a 6" lift kit. Do you have a 6" lift kit or was that a typo?
6" with 34" would be bazar.
So I'm guessing it was a typo. In that case a break like yours with a Mopar 2" kit is just one them weird well crap things.
I Was told when I purchased the jeep the lift was a Mopar lift so it was able to have factory warranty. He said it was a 6 inch lift, as has been pointed out mopar doesn’t sell one, just a 2 inch.Still no answer on that.
Firing line is live !!!🦾Maybe go talk to a place that isn't full of dealer monkeys and try a different zoo?
Quick google search lists these guys as having 4x4 experience near by oceanside.

Maybe they can offer better advise and help sort out what you have/broke.
Currently you are just firing the parts cannon without even knowing what you have or how it works.
Goofy thing is - it's said the stabilizers fixed the DW - no, they mask and absorb it. .the reason, the root cause, is still there.Took it again for alignment- then got the death wobble. Upgraded steering stabilizer to double fox. Found the bushing of the rough country stabilizer, pulled out. Installed the Double Fox, alls good- no more death wobble.

Sorry, you put a band aid on it - you need to find the cause of the DW.
Find a shop that knows something.
It seems the shops OP went to also think the stabilizer can cause death wobble. Not only that it prevents it, but it also causes it. Crazy.Exactly% when the front end is correct. The steering stabilizer shock can be completely removed and it will not wobble .
I aint staying not to have it on there it is needed for bridge approaches bad potholes etc.. but it does as ShadowsPapa said NOTHING to stop DW. It is to stabilize steering wheel steer when you hit a big bump.
There I said it 3 ways from Sunday
...After that visit to realign my truck I began to get the death wobble. So I took it to another Jeep dealer and they said it was the fact that I had installed aftermarket steering stabilizers. I took it back to the place that misaligned it and they said the same thing.
That’s what I thought, but once I replaced the damaged one (rough country) all was good no more death wobble. I think I injured this track bar when I hit a huge hole. And it finally fractured.Has the suspension been cycled to verify the track bar isn't hitting something?
2 shops were wrong telling you your death wobble was caused by the steering stabilizers you installed. Death wobble is never caused by a steering stabilizer which is just a shock. A shock cannot cause violent oscilations like death wobble.
It's masking it. The CAUSES are still there. Eventually, the stabilizer will wear out due to the cause still being there. That’s what I thought, but once I replaced the damaged one (rough country) all was good no more death wobble.
