Started working on my seat delete, doing my best to copy how goose gear did theirs.
I've been working on it in CAD for awhile and today was the first time putting the measurements to wood.

I wish I knew how to use cad.

Took mine into the off-road shop to have them look at my drag link orientation. It was a bit off so have to fix that tomorrow. Just wanted a well versed set of eyes on it to tell me where I screwed up.

Just have to clock the passenger side of the drag link forward some. It’s way too close to the track bar. They may contact from the joint flex. I didn’t get it flat enough. Guy at the shop showed me another one they were working on so I’d get the gist of what needed to be done.

Just to educate myself, it does actually mean Computer Automated Design right? I remember my brother working with that and Fortran(sp) years ago during college.

Yeah my drag link tie rod look way worse than that. I’ll snap a pic in the morning. They’re basically crossing over each other. Not sure why that didn’t register when I did it.

I had the same one for a while. Couldn’t for the life of me find an orientation where there wasn’t a conflict. The best I figured out was to have the piggyback pointing down instead of up.
