Had my first recovery yesterday. I live in Maine and we had a foot of snow drop on Saturday… Crazy wind drift due to the “blizzard” though, and felt more like 3 feet.

Anyways, I was driving through a local neighborhood and saw a guy trying to shovel out his traverse. I guess he thought he could power the 2+ foot of compacted snow bank from the plow lol.

I drove past, but turned around help. He was very thankful and I probably saved him an hours time or more, as he was 6” off the ground on snow.

Picked up a cow for the farm. Don’t know why but this 2021 tows worse than my 2020 did. 2020 lived in 6-7 gear but this one lives in 4-6 gears.

Drank a beer and watched the snow fall while the JT sat in the garage all nice and clean. I got a lease I’m turning in this April so I’m just letting the Jeep skip the first Illinois winter. Yea pretty boring compared all the cool stuff most you guys are doing!

Smart lol i wish myin wasnt covered in salt..i can handle mud dirt whatever, but salt and bird crap drives me insane lol...also awsome profile pic..great movie!

I’ve learned it changes shade of color depending on the light and background. I love my gator.

I had the best feeling today in my JT max tow! I was driving home from work in the ice/snow and saw a guy in a snow bank on the side of the road, asked if he wanted to be pulled out, let him hook his end of the tow strap, and put mine on the tow hook, dropped into 4lo and the truck didn't even know he was there! Pulled him right out even with the poor road conditions! I was soo stoked made me glad to be a jeep owner! ?

…dominated the snow. We had a “blizzard” last weekend which was nothing, but 10” of wet heavy snow means everyone struggles on hills. Live in Maine, and it’s very obvious that Covid has affected the number of snow plow drivers.

I could not be happier with my Mojave’s performance. Ground clearance and stock 33’s blow throw snow with no problem.

Could be happier with selec-trac… But conditions have warranted 4H many times. Can’t say there’s a BIG difference on snowy pavement, but if you know you’re going to slip, 4H is the way to go.

Still in the shop for ESS, PCM, Cat, Injector. It's been there since Dec 13th and the eta on an injector is now mid March. There are apparently 198 JTD waiting on injectors.

I think it's just time for jeep to find me another JTRD
