What did you WINCH with your Gladiator today?

Anyone know of a way to service the warn wench 12K.
Looking to change the gear lube, trying to lessen the racket coming out of it.

Still works great & continues to surprise me at the level we demand of it.

NOTHING! . But my Warn front bumper just came in, and tomorrow is bumper, winch, running lights install day. Looking forward to winching SOMEthing soon!

You should winch something to spool the line in with some tension.............

Hard to tell from a photo, but our driveway is fairly well sloped, sort of steep. I set the parking brake on the car so it wouldn't roll easily (tight enough if the rope were to let loose, the car wouldn't roll back down and crash into the garage)

Nothing today, but a month ago my son slid off the road into a ditch full of mud and snow in his 2023 Grand Cherokee 4xe Trailhawk near Mt. Rainier National Park. No local tow truck could get to him. A couple vehicles tried and failed to get him out.

I drove the 150 miles found him and had him out in 10 minutes with my Warn 12,000 lbs winch.

Nothing, but I did remove the winch from my gladiator. Getting it back to stock.

We’re out at Ocotillo Wells for the weekend.
We went out trail running with two CanAms. One high centered on a mound and I got to use my new winch for the first time.
