Wheel width itself doesn't mean anything without the tire cross section. The industry rule of thumb is that for every 1/2" change in rim width, the tire's section width will correspondingly change by approximately 2/10" (stolen from tirerack.com).-12mm doesn't means anything without knowing the wheel's width for reference.
So to get a 100% accurate answer you would need wheel width, tire cross section and offset. For the same offset and tire cross section, the difference in poke between a factory 7.5" wheel and a 9" wheel would be 3/10".
Also, to get a completely accurate answer, you'd need specs on the tire that provide the baseline wheel width the manufacture uses for the cross section measurement. Then you 'd have to adjust the cross section based on your targeted wheel width vs the baseline.
