Man, I get the temptation. Used car values are nuts right now. I added a question about why you wanted to lift it so high.

I mean I have a sport S with rubicon take offs. I have GMRS, I have a holster for my pistol. Warn 12k winch. Steel bumpers, 4.88 gears, an ARB twin and some solid rock sliders, KC lights.
It's quite capable and functional. 35s. It goes where I want it to.

I may do a clayton 2.5 and some falcon shocks. Then the ARB lockers.

thank you....not sure why people get all butt hurt when other people come here to ask questions. Thought thats what this is for. appreciate the feedback

They get but hurt cause you are being lazy by asking question asked a thousand times. Spend a week just poking around the forum, lots of info there. You will get a general idea of what can and can be done and what it takes.

sounds legit....

and for why so high....i actually didn't really consider that too high, i really should say more like a 4.5+ i've had mine for 2.5 years now and delayed lifting it because i thought if went too small i'd regret it later. Now here we are and i'm seeing 4.5 inch lifts and glad i didn't go with something smaller

i'd say more cause they are sensitive or something. But yea of course i could do that digging around if i had the time too. I just don't have the same time that people who just sit around on this thing all day making snarky comments do

sometimes people will help you get straight to the point, which some people here are

@FR33DOM Runs 37s and a Clayton 2.5 He has trussed and upgraded his axles.
It's a bad ass rig and VERY functional.

JUST AN UPDATE:

would like to hear feedback

i have a 2020 gladiator with 38k miles. I am receiving a trade in value of 46k
the loan has 46 months left on it

i went to a dealer yesterday and this occurred:

they have same exact white gladiator 6 speedmanual, with all upgrades (leather seats, aux, bluetooth speaker, tow package, bed liner and trail rail system 2021)

the finance offer after the trade in of previous gladiator would be for 48 months and same payment. so i'm essentially just adding 2 months of payments

they also had a fully outfitted 2021 Gladiator Rocky Ridge

this is an new overland model that was upgraded with 3.5inch lift, 37inch tires, 22 inch rims, power running boards, body color bumper, replaced hood, several other mods, but its a Gray automatic

they are fetching a 30k premium for the Rocky Ridge custom, and also warranty all the extra work that was done

is that premium for the outfitting a reasonable tag? or can that be done by going straight to the outfitter for cheaper?

1. keep current model and add the outfitting

2. trade in for brand new model with additional upgrades then add the outfitting and 2 more months of payments (about 1k)

3. consider the Rocky Ridge model
My 2cent after reading your posts: get a TRX! Hahah just kidding….but seriously.

If you don't have time for research on this, what time will you place on the important components soon to be installed?
Simple search of "4.5" brings up some great posts.

If your going to go mod wazoo crazy, buy the Sport or S, your going to be stripping off parts right? Why do it on a Rubicon or Mojave?
