After 4” lift and 35s, I now awkwardly climb in backward trying not to bash cars next to me with the door in parking spaces, and then gracefully fall out onto the ground when exiting.

that's funny. i'm not sure what i'm going to be doing if i get a lift and larger tires. i'll figure it out though.

So you can go in and out lots of ways in a Jeep, right? Some get a leg up using right foot first, others, left foot. So if you park tight, simply exit back, left, front, out the top, over a wheel, slide right over the hood. I'd say variety is the spice of life. Yo! See below for helpful examples:
