Why do people put square lights on JTs (or any wrangler minus the YJ)?

I do agree with the look of round lights. Although I have seen plenty of square light set ups that I liked. Personally, I wanted mine to keep an old school look.

Is that the Arcus bumper? if so, what lights are those and how are they mounted? I'm waiting on my Arcus and am looking at light options.

They are the Auxbeam 7" lights. I post a link to them, along with a link to the mounting backet, earlier in this thread. Yes it is the Arcus Bumper.

Thanks, right after I posted I noticed your replies. I was thinking of amber for the lights that I am placing on the bumper. Did those happen to come in amber or have an amber cover option?

I don't think so but you would hav to search Auxbeams on amazon. I don't think they make ambers that large. But I could wrong.

LOL - that pic is from 88. It's not as dark now....... still there, but more of a salt and pepper look.

I’d pay good money for the jacket.

It was a favorite of mine - but as years went by, even if it had held up forever, well.......... I'd have to drop about 30 pounds or so for it to still fit.

Wish I still had it - but in my current size............ but I really wish I still had that darned truck. I loved that thing.

I always love the winter time topics .... I'm currently running "square" Heretic Ambers. I hope this doesn't disqualify my JT from being a real Jeep. Is my winch the right shape?

Have an Xtrusion-Overland bed rack in the works. Want to mount some auxiliary lights up top. That KC bar would look awesome. Will have to watch for another sale.
