I watched that same video and got the whole dash off to find that I too didn’t have the cable where it was shown to be in that video. Luckily a comment on that video said that newer Gladiator models still have it, but it is further back. I had to take out the front knee speaker and reach really far back, almost to firewall, to get the cable. It’s taped onto the same harness as shown in the video, but just in the worst location possible.

Not the best picture, but just wanted to show future sufferers what it takes to get OEM bed power:

im taking it all apart now, trying to see if I can see an additional wire

Got my new Fishbone Mako bumper put on today. Wow what an improvement. The stock bumper is, how should I put it........a big hunk of plastic. This was one of my Jeep Invasion scores.

Did you figure it out? I dont remember digging around for wires or plugs, the wire for the bed plug switch was right there when I tore everything apart. Clicked it in and good to go once I used the tazer to "acknowledge" the outlet.

Yes that was it but it was tied behind the knee speaker, I installed everything but the pig tail, ill do that Saturday, but to pull out the speaker was a pain in the butt due due the cross bars, then I had to remove the tape, then feed the wire through

Man that sounds like Jeep did it on purpose just for you ? . So my biggest pain was the pigtail. That dang plug closest to the outlet along with the Christmas tree that's right there... kicked my ass. Just make sure you have something to tell the jeep you have it.. Either Tazer, Dealership or maybe Jscan if it offers that option.

I have the tazer, but they say to u marry it before going to dealer, it would be nice to easily ask the dealer to enable it and change tire size

I meant to ask is it easier to do removing the tires? The spare ND passenger rear?
