Oh man, that sucks, hopefully you all are OK.

(Edit) read more. Hope you heal fast and whole. Good luck.

By the by, those are some good looking wheels, what are they?
they were discount tire special back in 2014 $90 each at the time. I went cheap because I knew they would get chewed up in the rocks

Aside from the headliner having the most non-existent instructions ever, which to be honest I planned and used spray adhesive anyway, I am pleasantly happy with the end results.

Ran out of daylight again but just in time.

Saturday Mod Saturday!!! Passive Entry - Favorite Mod so far

This was by far the easiest step by step mod I've done so far. I ordered the complete kit from Allmoparparts.com and it arrived in4 days. I won't condemn you to my horrible video skills so I'll link the exact video I used and I didn't come across a single snag or complication. Total install time, both doors and programming with JSCAN (first time user also) took about 35 minutes.

Install Video I used, not me btw, and if he's on here thanks again

I would say that if you can takes your doors and tops off then you can do this, take your time and it's a cinch and GOD what a comfort mod. There's a couple of pre-existing wiring that need to check and make sure you have, luckily I did so all plug and play. I did also purchase the
OBDLink MX+ OBD2 Bluetooth Scanner AND TTXSPP Cable Adaptor for Chrysler 12+8 Programming Cable Connector, along with a $23.99 VIN purchase for JSCAN.

JSCAN downlaoded from Google Play Store and in-app 1 VIN purchase for $23.99

Pulled the driver’s door connector off to check for pin 15 and 16 to add proximity door lock/unlock.

I replaced the engine air filter and the cabin air filter. The time it took was 3 hours. Your asking how could it take this tard 3 hours to do that? I dropped one of those screws that are supposed to be captive. I used my driver to extract the screw, but I left it in high and the screw came all the way out and fell with a tink tink noise. I looked for an hour without any luck. Then I removed the entire airbox and tube , radiator fan assembly, skid plate and wheel well liner. I looked for another hour, still without luck.

When I started this 5 minute task, I decided that the carport was a fine place to work. With that said, I put everything back together and drove it into the shop. Put it on the lift and with in 5 minutes, I found the screw. It was in the upper mount bracket for the axle. I had my fingers in there before but apparently not at the correct angle.

Not the intended use. Used the 8/13 under seat air compressor mount for my amp mount. Keeps feet from unintentionally disconnecting wires.

I was worried the vent was going to cook my amp when it’s blowing warm air, so I formed a little duct past my amp out of some extra killmat I had.
Food for thought.

thanks for looking out for me. Good news is that I live in Florida so only cold air comes out of those vents.

I hate dropping nuts and bolts and never being able to find them for hours. I feel your pain. what's really bad, is when you drop one item and find 2. That really makes you think.

On board air. Picked up this kit from Innovative AT Products. Owner was very responsive on Instagram to a few questions I had. Now I need to figure out if ArmorLite is still an option or not.

Also replaced the original battery with a DieHard and bypassed the Aux battery.

So I guess you need a duct to keep all the ambient air off it:sun:
