Do not drill out your factory nuts, get the longer bolts from the dealer they are heavy flange bolts with quality finish. Everyone that is posting they can see the threads so they are ok has not taken them out, the threads at end are not cut full depth. Lunentucker besides being a lunatic is a nice guy for finding the right bolt number from the dealer, it is the best way to go…..Jack

The new bolts looks like the front passenger sway link bolts. Mine 2021 shows 2 threads passed the collar nuts, that long enough. Any longer will probably cause rust to the thread.

The longer threads allow for the installation of a nylock nut as a bit of added insurance against another one backing out.
Not only is it bad for your Jeep, but it's really bad for someone behind you on the highway.

My 2021 Mojave , had what looked like a lot of pictures in this thread sort of looks good until you take out the bolt and realize about four or five of the last threads are tapered. My dealer looked up the part, said it is the same description but is longer. The Metal Cloak sway bar bracket reinforcement is real peace of mind......Jack

PS No matter what people tell you there is only one thing you can do with money...SPEND IT!
If you want to save something, save time, lifes, mileage or perhaps face, but spend money!

I don’t remember, but this one is fine with common sense, especially if you add a nut and some blue loctite. Just stop before squashing your bushing.

Got what I needed at ACE Hardware! Got all the way through and put on nylon nut too! Thank you!
Love Ace, but my local Truevalue has an amazing hardware selection

Front axle lower control arm specs are actually 103 pound/ft plus 145 degrees.
That's FACTORY specs. They are tighter than most of what's floating around the internet.
That works out a bit over 200 by my testing.

Front upper control arms have two different specs - one for arm to frame, the other for arm to axle.
I'll confirm the front upper control arm specs on Monday - unless I find a better pic of them that I can read.
Looks like the upper control arm rear is 111 lb/ft plus 95 degrees
Front axle UCA front bolt - too hard to read my scan.

Here are the rear axle torque specs - FACTORY -

This is interesting. I see that everyone's bolt has a non-threaded pilot point, but mine is fully threaded straight cut. 2020 JTR 3.6.

The 2020’s had longer bolts. The theory is that the supply chain shortages starting with the ‘21 models caused them to use shorter bolts. Mine had shorter ones.
