Anyone heard of this class action lawsuit? I just received something in the mail talking about if you’ve had any electrical issues whatsoever which of course I had my alternator go out and had to wait three weeks to get it replaced. It was covered under my extended service plan, but not the inconvenience of not having a truck for three weeks. Just curious if anyone has received something similar

Is it discussing an actual class action suit, or soliciting victims to try and create one?

Sounds like a scam. anything that starts or ends with 'law firm', in my experience, has been a scam or spam.

Suggest you post a pic with personal info covered like suggested.

That's a little on the nose. It's normally conceptualized as Dewey, Cheetum, and Howe. Spelling it out the way you did is like dissecting a frog.

I have one from Reynolds, et al. v. FCA US LLC. It is not a solicitation to do one, it is a proposed settlement on an existing one. The proposal is that FCA will extend the warranty to 8 years or 90k miles "to replace a failed suspension steering damper."

So, assuming this settlement is finalized, those of us with a 2018-2020 Wrangler or 2020 Gladiator will have 90k miles on the steering damper.

With the caps leading each word, seemed easy enough to me but then there may be less profience observers than I , short version. Thanks for the dog! Haha

If they find some owners who are willing to sign on, the owners will each get $19.95 and the law firm will get rich.
