I wonder if he could replace the bolts that hold the ladder to the pivot part with pins.
Mine comes off the mounting plate by pulling two pins. That's what I do for long stuff or for my tent. I also mounted the mounting plate to the tailgate using rivnuts and screws I could take out in a minute if I wanted the plate off.

?... added rear Daystar .75 spacer under the springs to go with the TeraFlex 1.5 leveling kit ..the gap between the tires and fender arches is now more uniform.

Installed my Softopper today. I was running when it was going to show up. I ordered a week ago and the tracking number still hasn’t been processed so I was thinking it hasn’t even been thrown on the FedEx truck yet.

I need to play with the tension straps a bit. I’d like it to sit a bit closer to the cab but it’s good for now. I really like these. I had one on my Ram Rebel as well.

I do feel they are really over priced. But the only other option is the BestTop brand ones, and they are ugly as hell. (I know Bestop owns Softopper)

Really glad it came in. I was wondering if It was gonna show up before I go to Moab.

I know it’s not the popular opinion, but I tapped into the window switch wires with a t tap. I did a similar install on my Ram and never had an issue.

Installed DesertDoesIt Shorty Seat Jackers, and discovered that my 22 JTR factory seat bolts have E10 heads instead of Torx. It took me longer to run to the hardware store for the sockets than it did to install the seat jackers. Took a short test drive and the change in angle of the seat feels like a winner .... making the drive to UGA for G-Day in a few weeks so we'll see if they are comfortable for long trips too!

The dual light cowl mount came in but I am going to use the outer one for my mirrors when I have the doors off. I already had the mirrors and it was a pain to have to take all the bolts out (1st world problems I know). Now just a single bolt and good to go.

I'm not sure if I want to put a light on the upper section or not.

Let's see, got lift finished, leather seats, top painted, hood and cowl changed, bigger tires, upgraded shocks, upgraded tail lights I mean I traded my Hydro Blue Willys for a Bright White Mojave.

I don't remember how I did it but I used to get the pop-ups and ads for a little bit and then I changed a setting and now I don't see the pop-ups anymore.
