Do they install using the frame-to-body bolts, or the same bolts that the Rubicon rails bolt to?If you're religious, start praying for the body bolts.
One thing I found about the loooong frame-to-body bolts is that they have retainers up high so even once you fully unthread them, they don't come right out. The washers are captive.
If those rails use those bolts, good luck. The swedging has to be filed down to remove the flat washers if anything is to be installed between bolt head and washer. (unless that something is slotted)
Learned the hard way - and bought an induction heater.
