Does it really matter which side the reservoir is on?
Apparently with articulation there’s more clearance with the frame. It didn’t look that way to me, but I got it confirmed.

Installed $167 worth of curiosity

I'm curious as well. I have heard a lot of mixed opinions on these. But last time I changed my air filter I saw an excessive amount of oil in the intake - but not so bad it drained down to the air filter yet. Still....concerning. It seems to be not so uncommon

The OE tube wasn't what I would call dirty or wet, but damp? with what appeared to be clean looking light oil residue.
I understand that port injection negates much of the issues caused by this, but I am morbidly curious about what's being fed back into my fuel and air mixture to be burned off or churned out of the exhaust the hard way.

I rinse it off every now and then.
Annual detail time is fast approaching.
I’ve rinsed a couple times at the car wash with the low pressure spot free rinse, but I’m really worried about shorting something out, so I don’t do a great job. I’ve heard enough horror stories.
