Tomorrow morning we (wife, dog and myself) are heading to Italy to participate this event.

I am curious how the total stock Gladiator Overland is going ...
oh you'll be fine. I doubt you'll even struggle. I wheel my Mojave stock and i drag hitch or slider in all the usual places but never been stuck. yet. there's two rocks side by side on this trail out here in VA. We call is poser rock, cus everyone usually can get up on it, just not over it so they take pics instead and back off. 415 odo i went over it bone stock. 27 ish inches up, bout 40in straight down. Dragged sliders a little but did it. ill post the vid from my phone when i get off

If they're promoting the whole family coming out, you'll be fine. If they're promoting minimum tire heights, skid plates, rock sliders, etc, you might have an issue there lol

The only thing I’d be hesitant on with an overland is how much bumpier it’ll be even when airing down, I think it’s a 19” wheel? Other than that, you’ll probably walk the entire thing.

I always use this video as a reference to how capable these things are if you’re willing to or absolutely have no other option:

Don't forget to add "ah" to the end of your words. This way they'll think you're a local.
and pinch your thumb and index fingers together, then wave both hands around anytime you talk

I think it's more the family thing.

But I will carry a 50' tow rope and an additional spare wheel with me.
And reduce the pressure the pressure to 15-20 PSI.

You’ll be fine but I gotta say I’m highly envious. What a great looking trip. The food the wine the Italian countryside holy smoke man we want pictures and video. Lots of pictures and videos.
This is one of the big advantages of driving a Gladiator. I can take much more wine with me home than the Wrangler guys.

It should do great. A stock Gladiator Rubicon was able to traverse the Rubicon Trail out here.

Just arrived in Bavaria for a stop over after 375 miles at relaxing 65 mph with an unbelievable 32 mpg.

This is such a good car!

Finished the tour without any problems.

I am totally impressed how good the Gladiator (and me) was handling the track.
There were different ratings and I took allways the most difficult and not get stuck.

Sometimes I really couldn't imagine how we get through the passages with the stock setup, specifically the tires - Duelers. I think I was the only one running on Slicks ...

Unfortunately I don't have to much pictures because my Navigator was too busy with navigating and my self too busy with driving.

In total we were about 6 hours driving, didn't record the distance.

Here are some pictures, some more will follow tomorrow.

Short rest
