It’ll look great after the grinder, more welding, the grinder, more welding, the flap wheel, body filler, primer, and paint.

Just like my welding. :)
“Grinder and paint, make me the welder I ain’t!”

Looks good and cheap and removable. What's not to like? Why is the frame so beefy? Are those batteries?
My wife has had surgery on both knees and a hip replacement, regular bikes just don’t cut it anymore. She still gets her exercise and when her body says she’s done she can use the pedal assist to get back home.

I got an ebike for the same reason. Surgery on both knees and a bad back. I still get to get out and ride with the bike.

I just came in from doing it's first hand wash. I have had it since October of '22, but have only taken it through drive through car washes until this evening. When I installed the hood lift struts last week I got to go thinking that it was time to wash it under the hood. So I decided to do that this evening, and then figured I might as well wash the exterior as well.

Installed my RedArc Elite Pro trailerbrake this evening in preparation for picking up my TT tomorrow afternoon. It feels like Christmas in April! Oh the things that get us excited ?

I’m not helping myself, no welding table and using a 110V stick welder topping out at 80amps.
Still enough to scare the hell out of me!
Tried some 6011, and bejeebus that stuff is messy. Felt like proton pack

6011 is for welding farm fence and rust.. Use 7018 will be much easier and better outcome.

I recently installed the RR Arcus bumper and lights will be my next step. What did you use to mount those to the bull bar?

That is a GREAT question. The bar is 1.91 inches NOT 2.5 inches like the Rugged Ridge site lists. (Amazon have me a $75 discount for customer satisfaction...)

I used these https://a.co/d/cB5ypWl with the 1.875" inserts. Fits PERFECT!

For the HF Roadshock Edge bracket, I had to grind a little of that HF bracket to mount it how I wanted it. Reversed the bracket and mounted it on top of the bar clamp.

Used security screws to make it harder on theives. Gonna paint the screws black once I'm done aiming them.

I think the 4 LED pods would have been fine... I thought about doing three 4 LED mounted over the top. My son will use these for his jk if I do.

This... For some reason this plug started hitting the toe of my clutch foot and saw it was hanging by two little wires going up into the dash. Just a typical Alaskan fix for just about anything that breaks!
IMG_0796.webp
Is that a stealership GPS locator plug?
