Yup same speaker in mine too. However, it was a pretty solid improvement adding them to the sound bar as well.

Now it doesn’t sound overly loud up front. I guess I could’ve just adjusted the fader to rear but I’ll roll with this setup.

I don’t need the truck to sound like it has a Harman Kardon system tbh. I primarily wanted to be able to hear my podcasts more clearly on highway drives. The extra quality to my music is a nice bonus though. I can’t imagine how loud the shit would be with an amp upgrade, goodness

Right one was replaced (this is from sitting behind the passenger seat)

Glad you're happy with it. Maybe mine didn't seem to improve much because of the Alpine system with the added amp.

I appreciate the offer. I'm gonna take it as an opportunity to upgrade and go with a high mount.
Just gotta dig in a little and decide which kit.
I can’t recommend steersmarts enough.

Looks really good how much lift did you get in the front and rear.

Ron
Hi Ron - copied from the other Clayton thread :

Super happy with the new Clayton 2.5" Overland + setup. The lift yeilded a little over 3.5" up front, and around 3" in the rear. I'm sure it will settle down a bit over time. With the new 35's that needed me around 4.5 and 4.0 overall. Happy camper.....

Been working on the winch bumper and the DRL LEDs for the fender. Bumper is on but I have to make some changes so I don't have any pictures of the finished product. I started on the fenders last night after work. I got hit by some idiot going 60 in a 35 with no lights on at 6:30AM a couple of months ago so that is what initiated the DRLS. It broke one of my brand new wheels and and cracked the front and rear fender flares. Figured if I was going to change the flares I might as well do the lights. Got interrupted by slipping with the knife and cutting myself pretty badly.
Feel like an idiot....

P.S. Don't try to use a dull blade, you might end up in the ER for 4 hours!

ouch!
for large cuts, superglue. really. Pour it in the wound and squeeze the sides together. You will instantly stop bleeding. No pain either. https://www.militarytimes.com/off-d...ld-war-ii-led-to-the-invention-of-super-glue/
