Hello to all. About 6 weeks ago I purchased my 3rd Gladiator. I am just starting to make it " mine ". I have already purchased a Terreflex 1.5 for the front and a 3/4 Daystar for the rear. I was a little apprehensive about putting the tires on prior to the lift but I decided to try it. I used Mojave wheels and Goodyear Territory MT 315/70r17. I have not corrected for the tires size yet but it drives great. Effectively changed the gear ratio from 4.10 to 3.73. Here are before and after pictures.

I measured the fender lip at hub center and it sits exactly 2" higher.

Forgive extra pictures please. I don't know what I did wrong, not how to delete. I am kind of old !

whoa doggy that looks tight. Like "don't drive crooked over speed bumps" tight. Glad you already have the lift on order.

Nice truck!

If you don't go off-road, a lift might not be necessary. If so, you could at least put Rubicon high front fenders on it. But if you lift it, even mildly, you won't need those.

A great budget way to go is an AEV or Terraflex spacer lift. That would get you some tire/fender clearance and a bit more breakover angle. It won't break the budget, either. Simple and easy to install. It performs just fine off-road. And it will look great.

If you want more lift, then I highly recommend the AEV 2.5 Dualsport lift, if you tow or haul. The standard rear springs can bear a big load without much, if any, sag. I've got it on my Rubicon and love the way it drives but especially the way it tows. It's super-stable.

Just my 2 cents!

Looks way better with bigger tires! It will look much better too with adding the spacers. I don’t get why jeeps didn’t come with 35s right out the box. The oem tire size makes the gladiator look weird with tires that are too small. I have a 2022 Sport with a 3:73 gear and put Kendra klever 315/70/17 on some black rhinos along with the terflex leveling kit. I ended up having to sawzall some plastic from the front fenders and have no issues. I did take it out for some off-roading with no issues either. Looking back I wish I didn’t get black rhinos and went with a rim much lighter but it does work. Make sure you get an alignment after you put in the teraflex spacers and possibly an upgraded steering stabilizer too.

Really curious, why are you on your third gladiator? They've only made 4 model years so far 😂

I drive 30,000-35,000 miles a year. I trade before I put too many miles on one and loose way more money. Out of all of the late model trucks or Jeeps I just like the Gladiator the best. It fits me and my life style and hobbies. I have put over 5,000 miles on this one in 6 to 7 weeks!

You can gain a little extra height by removing that grill, probably save some weight too! Watch out though, once you remove it you’ll have a lot of random people in Jeeps waving at you 👋
