What does a Jeep Gladiator have in common with a Harley Davidson?

All are true! Not quite wear I am going. Did anyone ever buy a Jeep or Harley Davidson and not plan on modification's or improvements? Leaving it completely stock? Not me. Both to me you you just can't leave as is. I always called it " making it mine "

I like that one! I have owned CJ5's , CJ7's, old school Cherokee Chiefs , J20 truck, 90's Grand Cherokee's , multiple TJ's , 2023 Grand Cherokee L and now I am on my 3rd Gladiator. The old traditional Jeep look with the available products makes it impossible for me to leave it alone

They are both purchased based on emotion, so the price continues to rise. Back I the mid to late 1970's new 304 v8 , 3 speed manual transmission, no top or doors was $5,995! This was at Vance & Sons AMC JEEP in Houston , TX. Yep...they went up a bit!

I have a 2009 ultra classic with 202,000 miles and a 2020 jeep gladiator with 61,000 miles and to answer your question is very simple - they are both money pits as Mr. Bill puts it. the jeep is simple -Just Empty Every Pocket and the Harley is add an extra 100 dollars for what ever has the name Harley Davidson attached to it.

They are both equipped for massive customization.
Over the years one of the greatest appeals of both is the ability and availability to customize them to your hearts content.

This is true with any motorcycle. Probably more true with a dual sport bike. Since they both do on and off-road well.
