Just installed a 2.5 spacer lift from teraflex on my 2025. I have a bit of lean toward the passenger side and can’t figure out why. All coils are in correct positions on isolaters. I went and loosened up everything (still loosened now). All control arms loosened front and rear. Track bars loosened. Sway bar links removed (will be replacing those and track bar during this).
Right now I can’t figure out for the life of me why the lean to the passenger. I have drove back and forth as well as rocked the jeep all over to get rid of any binding from bushings that may keep it.

Only other thing I can think is my gas tank is 100% full but I never noticed a lean before when a full tank.

Any other thoughts to check?? I’m about to go work on putting on the new links and new adjustable front trackbar.

Are you certain you re-installed the coils in the same spot they came out of?

Yeah. I did one side at a time. Its not too too bad now after i went and installed sway links, torqued everything back, centered axle etc etc.

Like what are we talking about in terms of measurement? They almost are never perfectly leveled from side to side.

Mine depended on how full the gas tank was.
It could be 1/4 to about 3/8" off at times.

You did leave everything loose and did the tightening and torque with all 4 feet on the ground?

Yup, I just posted this. I added a 3.5 Clayton lift and had lean to the passenger side so I added a 1 inch terraflex spacer to the passenger spring, ( I originally had 1/2 spacers on the Clayton springs to take out rake) so the passenger side has 4.5 inch's of total lift and the driver side has 4 inch's of total lift. It now sits just about even with 1/2 tank. And yes loosened and retorued everything with all for on the ground and double check all springs and isolators seatings and it still had a bad lean before the spacer fix.

I did my lift with a half tank never seen no such lean. And it was done in level concrete floor . That gas tank is opposite of the driver if you weigh 200-250 you weigh more than the 154# of gas in the tank . I dont think that sounds like a correc thing there. Just sayin. Cause when you set in it it would level out .

I have had it with 2 Lifts, One installed in my Garage and the other on a Lift. My Neighbor got a AEV lift installed Professionally and has a 1/2 inch lean on the passenger side. I went over to my Jeep dealer and measured a gladiator with the Mopar lift and There was also a 1/2 lean to the passenger side.

Mine don't lean so I find this fascinating 🤔. I am running a stiffer shock could it be that that is the difference ?

Shocks don't support the vehicle........ and if you run the same shock on either side, even the pressurized gas inside wouldn't be that much stronger on one side than the other.

I may have said this before - but mine will vary a bit - not 1/2", but easily by 1/4" or a tad more, depending on fuel level.
Once a typical 200 pound guy is in the driver's seat, it might level out.
I know it was once said by a guy in the 1980s when we were debating about a lean on a brand new vehicle that "they do that so it's level with the driver inside".
I can go back to 1970 in my parts books and show that the two front springs had very different part numbers and rates, left to right side. They said "because engines are slightly off-center and for the driver's weight".

I would almost bet money that a JT that is keabing ½ to the passenger side once a driver especially a heavy driver gets in it is level. And would also suggest that that one that is corrected to sit level without anyone aboard will lean the opposite direction. 22 gallons x 7.0 pounds equals 154#'s . I wonder if he had anyone look at it after he sat in it 🤔 😂

This is a known issue because the fuel tank is on the entire passenger side, so based on the amount in the tank is what really determines the lean. Clayton stated that we have to do all these things to fix the lean like jumping on the bumper..........when, in truth, it's the truck. Metal Cloak and Rock Krawler address this issue by having Correction Pads for the rear and having the passenger one taller than the driver. Not Sure why Clayton doesn't want to address this issue? Once again, another disappointment from Clayton after doing research.

Why would you ever try to compensate for 150 lbs +/- fuel that will always vary? Passenger and cargo weight does that.

I have a Clayton lift and I’ve never noticed it leaning. No disappointment.
