Yup replaced the whole first floor with LVP.
Then we found asbestos....then we found the subfloor was....subpar and needed additional materials. It was NOT a fun time.
I think... the older you get (or I get), the more 'Murphy's Law' follows you everywhere!!

My husband and I look at each other while working on a project ... What's wrong with us? When or why did things become such a challenge? Is it because things were less complicated back then? Or is old age creepin in and neither of us have the patience anymore? 🤣

Went down to pick up my Method wheel for my spare……. And picked up SWMBO’s makeup order from Ulta. If you’d ever seen my bearded mug you’d realize what an oxymoron it is for a crazy bearded dude to walk into a makeup store. Didn’t care. I got to drive the Gladiator longer. :turkey:

I did oak flooring on our entire first floor - all but the bathroom and kitchen which have tile. 3 bedrooms, living room, hallway.
The surprising part was that when I got clear across the house and clear to the other end, the final piece was still perfectly parallel with the final wall. I was shocked! I actually kept it totally straight and true through the whole house - lines all match in doorways and so on.
But it took everything I had - the oak planks required a special staple gun and I had to take out all of the particle board that was under the carpet and install OSB - Damn, that stuff is HEAVY!!. So the whole house had the particle board removed and I forgot how many trips of OSB I brought home and carried in. Reversing direction of tongue and groove flooring is - uh - fun? I had to get creative with my router table.

Drove it 7 hours to UT with the kids, after months of work on it. Zero noises. Zero vibrations. It drives like a 20ft tall Camry. Perfect. :) Can’t wait for some trails!
The build matches the personality? 🤣
I don’t know why that was a question. You know for a fact it does. :)

Which phone mount do you have? Looks stout. The Bullet Point one I've had for a while is getting all loosey goosey again, even with thread locker on the bolts.

It used to be. It’s the ram mount. Now the arm is loose with the bolt tightened all the way down. I need to mess with it. It’ll probably be fine by just putting a layer of something on the balls.

Much needed rear track bar bracket install. Used Teraflex, super easy install and although I felt like my JT already drove great, it is even better with this bracket! I was definitely pushing it with that angle:

Everything is alright with a layer on the balls. Lol
