This is a re-post from the Wrangler forum, but I think there are more diesels in Gladiators than Wranglers, so I thought I'd repeat my request here. Hope ya don't mind.
I have a 2022 diesel JLUR with 91,000 miles. I'm throwing a few codes that could be a clogged manifold or swirl valves. My warranty is good on the engine 'til 100,000, so I want to bring it in to a dealer with a GOOD diesel mechanic to check it out. Any recommendations in Washington State? Prefer south King County but willing to drive further for better service.
Codes - P026D, P200B, and P2D2E. It could be as simple as a chewed wire (chipmunks and mice) or as much as needing a new manifold etc. No noticeable loss of power, but the mileage is down a bit (averaging 23 to 24 mpg instead of normal 25 to 27 mpg).
I'll update y'all with the results. Thanks.
