I didn’t use heat either. I was worried my torch would melt the body mounts. So like you, breaker bar, slow and slower. No power tools for me on that one.
Fortunately, Rock Hard 4x4 included much better bolts than the original bolts, so the chance of ever breaking them has gone down considerably.

Mine are rock slide engineering slider steps. Their brackets go between the factory washer and the bolt head. The steps attach to the three brackets on each side. One per body mount. The very final step is to tighten the bolts, after everything else is together. So mine were never removed all the way.

That's scary. I am not sure if those are stretch to yield bolts, but mine looked pretty bad when they came out. The amount of noise that a couple of them made while being loosened was deafening. Here are the bolts that came out, and you can see the new grade 8 (maybe) bolts in the other photo.

Does having both main and aux batteries replaced today count as doing something? Luckily still under warranty as we’ve had it only 23 months.

Thanks to Benny @AllMoparParts.com. I got everything we needed and my son and I replaced the bumper shell… That he damaged backing into his boat trailer. When he borrowed the gladiator because his Ram was in the shop.

Taking the bumper off was super easy six bolts and a few wires … yes once I looked at the Rubiks cube or Tetris parts I kind of freaked out… But basically it’s a bunch of Christmas tree, trees, and pushpins and you don’t take anything apart on the inside of the bumper you basically peel the shell and put the new one on. Way easier than I thought..

Yeah, I took apart my 2021 WILLYS rear bumper to add the right side bezel cut out to install the second recovery hook. I would rather dremel it out next time than deal with that mess again.

Getting ready for another cold, salty winter here in MN. Pressure washed the bottom, let it dry, and then Woolwaxed again. Have to admit, it looks pretty good underneath (other than the dust stuck to last year's Woolwax).

Looks good. Pretty smart with the floor covering as the mist gets everywhere.

Pretty much the same thing with me every fall is an application of Blaster Surface Shield the last 2-3 years. Before that was Woolwax and Fluid Film.

Then you have to hear the wife snivel about the smell for a week. 😂

I need to undercoat mine still, but I'll bring it somewhere. Thats just too much messy work on the shop floor for me.

I think I’d need to take the body off the frame to get it cleaned up enough first. It might be too late.
