I got an update once, performed by a dealer tech. They bricked the radio requiring a new one. Oh did I say new? I meant to say new to me radio. It was in another customers Jeep. He got a new one and I got his old one because his new one didn't fix his issue. They assumed his old one was good, so I got it along with all his information, including his xm subscription. That was fun trying to remove his subscription and add mine. I never saw another update again.
