That’s super weird unless the iPhones are at the bottom of the upgrade ladder. Then hardware makes some theoretically compatible software slow and buggy. I run a county government IT dept and that’s been typical. Out of 500ish phones the oldest 5% are 95% of the problem. On a whole consolidation on the IOS platform lowered our ticket load dramatically. That’s just us though I’ve certainly read a lot of horror stories but havent known another shop personally that’s experienced that. I have enjoyed the biggerr faster system in my 24 Mojave, at least so far, it’s only at 1500 miles so plenty of time left to implode :)
Well, my experience with the iPhones and the horrible updates, hacked browsers and so on does date back at least 10 years now, so hopefully, they learned!

The real question has anyone figured out why you can't add NAV and Off Road Pages + to a Standard Uconnect 5 yet? As far as I can tell the system is getting a GPS Feed and seems to just be an App with a Map Database....

Update??
When I had my oil changed I brought up the Altimeter issue and the dealership had no idea. Go figure. It has slowly migrated to reading around 0 feet from -47 feet at my home.
I’ll try the compass reset when I find an open enough area to see if that helps.

Mine is still showing below sea level, it seems to change between -28 and -47 as I travel locally. Let me know if the compass reset does anything.

Thank you. I figured it was a tracking device. I’ll look under the dash and if it’s there I’ll chew on the dealer. I owe $300 on the truck. They asked me to let financing last 3 months so title information has a chance to find the proper trail to me through the issuance and financing.
i bet they told you that so they would get their commision. I dont think they get it if you cancel like right away.

I can’t find instructions on the compass in the manual, or on YouTube.

It does shows me at -5 sea level. Should be around +80

Just got FCA-MY24.U37.23-PROD pushed to mine in an OTA update. Haven't noticed anything new though.
Okay, I called Uconnect about this and was told that updates are VIN specific and that I had the latest update. I told her about other people on the forum receiving the U37.23 update. To which she replied that it wasn't for the two door Rubicon, just four door Jeeps. I said "Well, my Gladiator has four doors and it didn't get the update."

Now I'm gonna call back in my best 4yo voice and cry "BUT KEITH GOT THE UPDATE! He has a 2024 Gladiator Mojave just like me. Why does Keith get the update and I don't?" There will be holding of breath and stomping of feet! :giggle:

I posted this and tagged @JeepCares on the JL site. But it was Bill on that site. Keith, do you know Bill? :LOL:

Didn't catch the number, but mine updated a couple of days ago. It claimed things like vehicle pages update, but I see nothing different.
Well as you all know I just had the dealer do my Transmission. Before going in to have that done the head unit would loose track of what station it was on and I would have to switch to a different app then back again then it would show up in the top . It would stay tuned to the correct channel.
I don't know what they did but the thing has been working perfect for 2,000 miles so far.
