I just tried chatting Customer Care and was told - "I do apologize Tony, currently we are not able to check gladiator status, at this time I would have to refer you to your selling dealership for further information regarding the status of your launch edition gladiator."
I just checked with chat and they confirmed bx status for me

That makes me feel a bit better started seeing all the sold out articles and was like wtf I had a confirmation.
I got the email but never received a call. Stopped holding my breath, feel like I will end up waiting to see what rolls into the showroom. Bummed out by the whole thing considering the email was botched and it apparently put me way back in the line despite the “24 hour head start”.
Based on my experience, I would tell anyone who got an email to go ahead and go to a dealer and show them the email. They will order it for you, and the system will confirm your order by the information you give them and the information you submitted when you ordered. Use the same email, phone, address and everything. Then give the dealer a day to check the status. It should go from BO to BX. If you get a BX, the order is confirmed and waiting for assembly and shipping. Don’t wait on the call. Good luck!
I did a chat with Jeep. And not in exact words said the completely sold thing was based on the amount of people who joined the reservation list and that they have confirmed they have not reached out to everyone who has a confirmed reservation spot. Said everyone should be reached out to by COB Tuesday
Me. Actually I have an order in already at Tri-City, but have not gotten a call back from the concierge. There are lots of people in that same boat...
Should I just walk into a dealership to order? Also this concerns me. Has the dealerships been allowing people outside the reservation list to order?
Depends on the dealer... i think some are in the know, some are clearly not. If you are on the concierge list, it sounds like you can still order, or at least try to order.
