My dealership said they'd honor the affiliate price as that is what we agreed upon before they exempted it. Then again, they aren't selling the things over MSRP.

To be fair, we're talking $550.00 or so with the dealers that have given us great pricing at 5-7% under factory invoice..... I can live without the FCA discount at 5% under factory invoice..even trough Travis agreed to honor the FCA discount to those with sold ordered before May 9th..... Travis has been more than fair to deal with....He hasn't tried to upsell or BS anyone, or charge ungodly markups like most dealers have.... They do have to make some money for their efforts and if FCA won't honor the discount , that's on FCA.

Um, Invoice for a LE is around 58k, MSRP is just shy of 63k. You are missing a 0 on the end of that. 1% under INVOICE (not msrp) is what I was buying myself into.

I know 1% of 58000 is 580. The statement is you purchase the vehicle for 1% below invoice not 1% of invoice off. QUED the price different is 58k vs vs- wait a sec. I misinterpreted how this is applied. I was reading that as you effectively buy the car for invoice -1% not msrp (or whatever you haggle) less the 1% of invoice. That is what you guys seem to be saying. So excluding taxes/fee/etc, I was reading that as you would sticker the car for 58k vice 63k not 63k-580.

1% of $58k is $580, so the $550 estimate is indeed accurate...
5500*100=550,000

I am reading that right. I would effectively be buying the car for 57500 not 62800. You guys misunderstood, its not the 1% that I am worried about, its the getting invoice price vs msrp price. That IS a $5000 difference. So the $550 difference is highly inaccurate and only accounts for the 1% portion, not the much larger invoice vs msrp portion.

Call Kent at Petersen’s Stampede. I’m $4k below invoice on our LE and you’re closer to Boise than I am.

Plus 1... There are several dealer/sponsors on this forum that have offered much better pricing than 1% under Invoice so shop around and don't buy until you have the deal you want. I factored in the travel to another state and it worked out financially. Order a Gladiator vs lot purchasing, it's a wait but well worth saving $1000's.... for me, my deal was 5% under Factory invoice, plus the 1% FCA, with an additional 1% off if I used their financing so we are both "right" so to speak... 1% per me is about $550.00. For you at your purchase price is much more, based on our individual deals..... you're starting at MSRP, I started at 5% under Factory Invoice.... Shop around and don't buy into a Sales guy's BS....

If my gladiator showed up in spirit lake today, I would be paying 3% below invoice, not 5%, which is what it would be if the affiliate pricing starts applying to JT's. Currently affiliate pricing is not being honored by any dealers on this forum. Not Spencer in spirit lake, Travis in NC (unless you ordered before a certain date), nor Kent (who confirmed to me that his pricing is based upon in house financing regardless of affiliate approval)

IMO if your dealer said they would honor it when you ordered, they should keep their word, but without anything in writing...

Here is a thread (sticky) with more info

Wait, so the 5-7% below invoice stuff discussed is no longer working with Travis?

I cant go to another dealer now because my LE that I already have money on is already being shipped out here, that is why I am angry because jeep concierge asked me if I wanted to change the dealership that it was being delivered to and when I asked mine to make sure they were still going to honor it, they said yes.

Do you have anything in writing with the agreed upon price? If so, does the paperwork mention Affiliate Pricing? If you have paperwork with an agreed upon price, and they left off "with Affiliate Pricing," you may be able to argue it with them.

However, if you have no paperwork, or the paper work says "must qualify for AP etc," you are most likely out of luck.

You should've been given a deal sheet with the final pricing that you initialed and signed. No deal sheet then no deal.
