I spent yesterday with my Jeep Group at San Louis Pass very hot but nice by the water, out of 60 Jeeps me & one other guy had a Gladiator. Then when I got home i had some new small parts i installed 50 cal stubby antenna,winch line stop & Black shackles.

Probably, wouldn't recommend if you're towing a lot, but I live in Wisconsin and it's winter 6 months a year, so this will help keep me warm.

In the interest of overlanding I have a few questions. I love the look of the lift and bigger tires. Will that affect towing? I'll be towing so I guess I'll need a brake controller? Does that mean I need to wire a 4 or 7 pin connector to the back? Roof racks?! I didn't know they existed for a gladiator. Does it mess with being able to take the top off?

Added floor mats, bed cover, seat covers, hood blackout decal, clay bar and ceramic coat, and put some fluid film in the rockers and rear fenders. It’s been a busy weekend.

Just got my Gladiator yesterday. 2” Mopar Lift and 35” BF Goodrich KM3’s. Great ride quality with the bigger tires and road sound is almost nonexistent with the mud terrain tire

Is that your airstream and would you tow it with the jeep for something like a 300 mile trip one way? Just curious how it really tows. The TFL Truck channel Gladiator tow did not impress me it was good at it. The driver had a hard time keep everything steady in the middle of the lane in my opinion!

Max Tow is how I roll

I like what you did there.

Curious "Q" for those with the Max Tow and Have their JT's -- how do you like the added strip to the fenders ?
Would you prefer Jeep just put the Rubicon Fenders (apparently a bit wider?) on those who order the Max tow ?
I plan on a Max Tow and seeing this now, I think I might go and order a set of Rubicon Fenders and have them installed right from the "get-go" ! ps; this would be on a Sport S .

might be able to get some off of a rubicon owner upgrading. believe they call these "take offs"

Yes, it tows quite well. I have a WD hitch and sway controller, which probably helps quite a bit. I don't have any trouble towing and have gone up and down Afton Mt. in VA, it was able to maintain 55-60mph which put me in the fast lane a few times there...I've towed it around 200 miles one way and plan to take it up to NY, which is ~450 miles.

I have more concerns with the 52 year old airstream than the Jeep.

Just a couple of small things today... Had the bed Rhino Lined 3 weeks ago so i figured i would add my first “GNOTS” mod. (Gladiator, not off the shelf) and yes you can use it. Its just a board to hold small cargo items from moving around. Don’t judge the cuts in the bottom ‘ cause I am not a carpenter, plus, its just a board. No plywood available, sorry. Also, the new bumper will be here on Wednesday so i readied the front awaiting its arrival. Still waiting on tires and wheels. Level kit sitting on work bench waiting on me. LOL.

Dude, that board is awesome! Did you cut down a 2x10 then notch for the bed "ribs"?
