That looks great. It completely changes the look. I have different side steps and I have a few short passengers who use them, but i would have taken off the Overland steps too. I don't like them.Just got my overland a few days ago.
I got a good local deal on some Rubicon tires/ wheels and rock slides.

Every time I look at mine, all I see is the stock all seasons. I can't wait to put some aggressive 33s on it. Its my DD and I drive a lot so I'm not going to go bigger than that. Mine came with the Black Mopar Tubular Side steps which don't look as bad. I finally got rid of all the chrome and tinted the front windows to match the back. I actually like the stock wheels on my Sting Gray. Unfortunately, tires are on the back burner right now with everything going on... Tires will eventually complete the look I'm going for.
