I've had the Fox 2.0 steering stabilizer sitting in my garage since my jeep was delivered. Was debating putting it on for the steering fix. Well I've had the new steering box for 500 miles now and it drives great now. Figured what the heck? Why not? So I put the new stabilizer on. I do notice a difference. Not huge but feedback in the steering wheel is reduced. Best part is it matches my Fox shocks.

What the heck - forecast for the next 4 days is good, warm temps, dry air (unfortunately, no rain)
so I decided to see how quickly and easily I could manage the doors. Man, those aren't real light for my back, but I made it. More concerned about scratching things up putting them back.
My wife doesn't like it - but then we hit the highway and did 65 for several miles and it was a WINDY day.
I enjoyed it on my earlier trip to give a bunch of stuff to DAV and The ReStore

And just to prove I actually drove it doors off - and didn't do it for a photo-op and then put them back, here it is in town in a parking lot.

Don't have a way to store them - no rack or anything yet so they sit in blankets resting against an old bench in the garage (hiding a bunch of JUNK I need to clear out)

Believe it or not the wind is less turbulant with the full top off. The rear top is acting as a huge scoop in your current configuration.

Also if you have the wall space, I'm a big fan of the ARC Off Road door hangers.

I don't have wall space but was thinking of making a cart.
I could take out part of a bench I no longer use in the garage - which may be better in the end.
I don't really use that bench any more and most of the stuff on and in it is junk I don't know why I'm saving.
Thanks for the tip on the roof..... I'll have to try that, IF the weather holds this fall.

I second the ARC Off Road door hangers. Great product! Mine hung all summer everyday for 4 plus months with no issues after putting the doors back on. Highly recommend.

Put on my replacement Struts for the hood the original ones had not enough hold going down and I emailed the owner and they sent out a heavier strut. The Mojave hood is a lot heavier than the stock JT hood

I did the same thing. However, after mounting my 35's the wheel is wobbling badly at 15 to 20 MPH. Its a mystery.

Need to have them checked for run out and balance. Not a suspension problem if it was ok before

I agree with you. Everything was fine with the stock wheels and tires. My concern is the dealership mounted the tires on the wheels. I mounted them on the Mojave. Tight as a drum but taking it in for a check and also petitioning for the steering box replacement.

This is also the best install video I found. Great tips. The install is the same for the JL as the JT.

That's the one. Two people makes it tons easier and you will have to completely remove the rock rail during install. 15 min max per side. Easy and they work great

Today I went on a journey to fill the empty holes where my trail rails should be. Thanks to @Sgt. Pepper, I saw some beautiful country and got to check my highway mileage and cross over the 1000 mile mark.

Averaged 19.8...Sooo much better than the 13.4 I've been getting around town.

Went to Discount Tire and had the black lug nuts installed (they forgot to order the black ones with my wheels/tires). They look much better all black in my opinion. Chrome is nice and all, just not on an all black wheel.
