LOL - was joking around. I also have a tracking number although FEDEX says "number not found". So it's not a valid number yet. Maybe, like with UPS and others, it means there's a LABEL but the item has not actually been placed in Fedex hands. Just that it's boxed and labeled.
So it's likely still in the Mopar parts place "outbox" and not picked up by Fedex.
BUT - the fact they created a label with a number is a great sign!

Now maybe I'll see my wiring harnesses SOON????

Good news... BAM has shipped my Trailer Brake Controller! ETA is October 29th. If I’m the lucky first I’ll post pics of the controller.

Per the instruction sheet, no flash is required. It's only plugging into the same plug as the aftermarket controllers, so it's just plug everything together and it works.

I thought the factory harness was already brake controller compatible.

Looks like you need a cigarette lighter/power outlet removal tool Miller “10246”. Holy hell it’s like $40+ online!!

Any trick to get the cig lighter out without the tool, or a place to buy that tool cheaper?

It is there, if you have the tow package (ADH). Look at the pic below, it’s vague but basically if you have the ADH package your install is done, if you don’t have it proceed on.

It was the Jeep Gladiator 2020 Owners Group. He stated a flash was needed but also said took him 45 minutes to install. (adam was his name.)

As for those asking about the 12V removal there is another thread. Tool was $9.00 on amazon for me.

I've seen the install guide, what I'd like to see is the User guide on how it operates. It's apparently not part of that PDF, but I see it in his picture under the guide you linked to. It looks to be a separate document.
